It's a luxury car thing and yes, xenon headlights irl do produce a brighter light, closer to daylight than standard halogen bulbs. Its not like it is improving your vision, or like it looks so much cooler. Most of the cars have pretty good white headlights unless they're old such like. What do the xenon lights do?
